When it comes to Strength, the MOB has not one but two ways for you to make the most of any workout. The first is 45 minutes that covers the whole body. The second is 45 minutes that focuses on a particular area (it could be upper or lower body). Either way it’s 80% strength, 20% toning. Oh, and 100% enjoyment.
